Burgers were sloppy, but edible. They are the only reason for the 2 stars. A manager called an employee to delete a wrong order and shouted that he was responsible for the mistakes. Now remember that food has not even been made; we were only in the process of ordering. Nevertheless, the public orientation of an employee at this decibel level is extremely unprofessional. Obviously there's a problem here, corner Colonial and Daniels. Don't go here. Hit up Checkers or McDonald's on the neighboring corners!
Unreal. I bet nobody else offers a $1 bacon cheeseburger. Get this offer while you can!
It was just one person, the Drive Dur and Front counter. That too much for a person. They have a line outside and a line inside. Please remember to wash your hands after dealing with money

I am not a restaurant eater but I stopped by this Burger King and the cashier has been over the top each time. I?m the one that wants nice lettuce and tomato and fresh, I?ll wait for it to cook! He make sure I get the bang for my Buck and my food is GOOD AND HOT! Impossible burger and Fish sandwich off the chain! Mark is one of a kind cashier. He went and fixed my food for me! I?ll be back
Came to place an order with a coupon from the BK app. I wanted the snack box, which included a drink for $3. They told me they don't have any drinks and charge me $5 and some change. I asked them why is that and they just told me they don't have any drinks and have to charge me the full price. This rises 2 questions: 1) What kind of fast food restaurant that don't have any kinds of drinks? 2) Even though I have a coupon, I'm still getting charge more for less items?
I'm always blown away by how BK is still in business. They have fairly good food, but the customer service is rarely good. The service was ok today, but the restaurant is falling apart. Looks like they have multiple leaks in the roof, and there were quite a few flies. I just feel like with fewer customers during this COVID season, restaurants should be able to clean more, not less.
Never again.....place was Dirty, employees didn't care of the customer talking on the phone floors grease. I'm telling you this place was a shame for the food industry At least this one on west colonial drive Orlando. Florida 34787
