Super clean, completely updated layout and technologies, plus a cute small dining area with comfortable chairs, outlets and a faux fireplace are some really good reasons to go out your way and come to this Wendy's location, or as I call it the good Wendy's.

Clean restaurant, food was very good, staff friendly, but service was really bad.6 Combos (3 same) lasted almost 30 minutes (inside) and 3 other customers after us got food super fast.

well Wendy's in Orlando is definitely different from a Wendy's in St Louis. customer service varies from store to store person to person. however the food at Wendy's is universally tasty fresh and delicious. you know you want a frosty everytime you go there. LOL the salads are very tasty as well. fresh ingredients and unique vinaigrette salad dressings. I don't even have to comment on the burgers and fries. Wendy's has always been on point. They consistently rank as one of my favorite restaurants. This location is very well run by professional and courteous folks who care about your dining experience.

So I love Wendys!! Quick service and order to please. Clean and well run. If they are super busy, your order will be brought to you. It can take a minute or two, but it's worth waiting.

I usually do not leave any reviews for Fast Food places because they are usually all about the same, but this is worth mentioning. I'm usually close to these Wendy's on Tuesday morning, so I got a few times breakfast and I always friendly and pleasant service on the ride thru window, which is a few and far between these days it seems. I have to get the name of the employee who took care of me and gave her a scream. Thank you for breathing fresh air under a hort of middle and indifferent workers today.

Burgers were sloppy, but edible. They are the only reason for the 2 stars. A manager called an employee to delete a wrong order and shouted that he was responsible for the mistakes. Now remember that food has not even been made; we were only in the process of ordering. Nevertheless, the public orientation of an employee at this decibel level is extremely unprofessional. Obviously there's a problem here, corner Colonial and Daniels. Don't go here. Hit up Checkers or McDonald's on the neighboring corners!

Food was great, service was slow. The rice and the beans had a lot of taste! The drinks needed a while to get out. I don't think they have a bartender. The servers make the drinks for every table.
