always from cookies. the waiting period is 15 to 20 minutes (I have only seen one worker who works here) the subway on paragon pkwy makes a much better job! they actually make their cookies that they are always properly personalized so waiting time is not a problem.
I ordered an article about her online menu and did not receive this article, but something else. when I called after I got the article home, they asked me to come the next day with the entry to get a refund from the manager. when I just did that, btw . this is for about $8.00 now, the manager wouldn't honor what was said on the phone and in the ground suffered to leave me in their loading. she told me to call corparte what I said I would do, and then I said I would never come back to her. really. over a $8.00 refund. what has come to the teufel in the base customer service in this world. I'm done losing money about companies that really don't want my business. I'm sorry I'm going to maggie valley, but you're not gonna get anything from my business again. a shame. how my man eaten a lot there.
eating was good, the staff was not very happy when we asked to change gloves when I was vegetarian.
we ordered two subs a meatball with pfeffer jack cheese and the other one was truthahn with American cheese, both were cut as we wanted and we were gone,
It wasn't very busy and super clean. Music in the lobby was nice and the sandwiches were made great!
Worst 2 sandwiches I ever bought from ANY Subway sandwich shop! Barely any meat on either one of them. When I walked in to pickup our order,as soon as I grabbed the bag I already knew we were RIPPED-OFF!.. I almost drove back up there and have them remake them because we were so MAD! I wouldn’t waste my time going into this particular Subway! SeriouslyNever been so upset over a couple of sandwiches in my LIFE!.
Terrible management and ownership. They treat their employees like dogs. The assistant manager Tammy tried to fight my friend who worked there. Then the General manager Darlene tried to blame it on my friend. Save your money for elsewhere.
The ladies working were super nice and it was nice talking with them.
