I work at a school and we tried to order pizza from pizza. several times. once was for a rewarding party for students, where our order was just lost. we had to send someone to mcdonalds, as we promised to feed the children. today we ordered ourselves and the order was over 30 minutes too late. that is unacceptable.
this is the second time that I ordered pizza and his over 2 hours was crazy and most roads are clear. I live like a good ten minutes away from the load and now it becomes ridiculous and the first time I got pizza when I got the pizza, it was cold and not hot and now it is almost 10 o'clock and nothing yet. I called the load and the manager said that she was not sure if I had my order and my order should be here at 9:15 a.m. and I ordered at 19:13 a.m.
I literally ordered from you and you didn't give me my drink again, you just took it off, you can call at least people and tell them you didn't have it. should I drink now? you obviously didn't give s about your jobs, my sauces weren't even half filled for my brotsticks. looks as if someone just threw it into the box.
I don't care to wait for an hour, but I want it to take so long. So when I asked about my order, the woman was clearly very busy. she said my order was not placed, but after my bank statement it was. then she hanged on me twice. I had to call the 8888 line to correct it. if you live in a shitty area like me, just pull off from shawnee or something, because it's just not worth it.
This place is the worst!! Do not order from here. It took over 2 hours to deliver our order and this location is like 6 minutes away from our home. They got our Order all wrong and it was very cold! Please don't order from here. I am warning you. And they are very rude when you call to ask about your order. I would give it no stars
Called in and ordered a medium pizza with a 2 litre of soda. It had taken them well over 2 hours to deliver, and I am STILL waiting. What upsets me is they are located 1 mile away. Although... The pizza is usually flavorful and fresh, I had to call management and they were BEYOND nice and helpful.
