Kfc - York

This location should be condemned and shut down. The food made my family members sick.I spent $40 on a 12 piece family meal. The macaroni and cheese was burnt and old. The chicken was EXTREMELY greasy and stale. The chicken breast were literally smaller than a thigh. The mashed potatoes were hard and dried on the outer edges of the container. This place is DISGUSTING, and a complete waste of time and money. Go across the street to Royal Farms, their chicken is 1000× better. And is actual chicken, not whatever this disgusting KFC serves. I will never goto any KFC again, this franchise needs to go out of business already.

Just drove 30 minutes to this KFC to be treated like S**t. For starters no one answered the drive up speaker and when they finally did they only said go away . Then procced to tell me they were out of chicken because they were cleaning their fryers. This was 2:45 in the afternoon. I highly doubt they were cleaning all their fryers at once in the middle of the afternoon. Person at the window said she was the manager and refused to give me the regional managers name or number.Judging by the other comments on here I am not surprised by the lack of customer service.

Door sign indicates open at 10:30am. Doors are open. Was told they open at noon!!! Most of the time I go there Long John's is not available! When I have received Long John's during the past year, it's been burned!! This used to be a great KFC. Not anymore! Needs new management!!!!

Every time I come here there's always something wrong. You advertise Long John Silver's, yet for some reason or another no one is able to make it, OR in the rare cases that someone is able to make it, it comes out burnt! The doors advertise that you are open at 10:30am, but when I go in, I'm told you're not open until 12 noon. Why are all of your doors unlocked for random people to stroll in if you don't open until 12 noon?! At any other job, that would be a major security violation! I used to come here for years and only until the last few years has this place gone downhill. It's a joke.

Edited Review. Store only open till 8pm daily. Don't understand why but just better off going to a more reputable food place and avoid this one honestly.Food: 1/5

Waited for 15 mins in the drive thru on Sunday October 9th at 11am. No one was there to wait on us. Store needs to update hours

If I could give zero stars I would! I called the KFC on Queen Street in Spry to see if they were open for dine in and was told by a girl on the phone that they were open from 12 8 for dine in so my husband and I went for lunch at 2:30 and when we walked in (note there was no note on the door) we were rudely told to leave since the dining room was closed even though I called ahead and was told it was open. To make it even worse the young girl working said rudely to me that I didn't talk to her when I said that I called earlier. They were very rude and standing around doing nothing! We were excited when we thought fhis KFC was open for dine in but we will NEVER return to this KFC. This place should be closed for good and their rude ignorant employees fired!

They need to get a new cashier. She kept having to call someone to help her still didn't get it right. Tried to over charge us until we questioned it. Over charged the customer behind us. This is a bad impression on the restaurant. Our meal was suppose to have six (6) biscuits, we got 5 1/2. The side dishes were very small. Since we were dining in, I would have thought that we would get plates. No we had to go ask for plates. It was bagged up for take out and just brought to our table. Not sure about going back.
