unbelievably disappointed to learn that one of their all time fav’s is not on the menu... so since the mushroom swiss burger is gone, I'm sorry what-A-Burger. you have to stop messing with your menu!
whataburger will always get 5 stars from me! it's just a big burger and I've had it since I was a child and a simple whataburger cost only 0.55 cent at that time!
in consideration of the time I waited on the morning to get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, I thought it would have been much fresher than it was, not that it was terrible, but I would have the same of mcdonald’s over the road in a fraction of the time it needed to get it here.
woodville whataburger customer service was amazing. had a lily problem with the pommes, and without hesitation we were brought fresh pommes and sincere apologies. full of breath and ready for our two hours road trip to home. ??? a

We normally come here to eat. The food and service is usually the best. The wait is very long, but the food is made fresh. I was very disappointed in the service last night. My husband picked up our dinner in the drive thru last night because he spent hours on the road. He ordered a fish sandwich and it was rung up as a 2 piece fish. Not the greatest, but edible. I was not happy to receive my drink....large sweet tea. It was not a sweet tea, it was weak coffee! Yuk! I hope that this was not a joke, and just a mix up, because I can be a Karen when pushed. I realize that it was very busy last night, but that was unnecessary!
The restaurant was a bit messy....I asked for a towel to clean the tables...I was given one ?...Restrooms not very clean (joint venture with gas station)Food was decent, they had Fuze Raspberry ice tea...always a plus. Manager was visible, but pretty much....well I don't know, should have checked the lobby while she was there. Anyway...I'll return, hope it was just an off day.
Was pretty busy but we still got the food pretty quick considering how many people were there... The fries were half cooked burgers were good
