I always have a positive experience with this restaurant. Both their sandwiches and salads are full of taste and perfectly prepared. Many options and pages to choose from. My tops go to sandwich and salad

He worked here for 12.5 years and loved it went back a few months ago as a customer and everything was amazing. I have worked on two other Mcalisters deli, and this one takes the cake in terms of food preparation and customer service. It is the best, proud that it was on a point on the team!

We stopped here on a Tuesday to order the McAlister’s Club and a Ruben Sandwich, also decorated a bowl of Tomato Bisque; all visitors and employees wear masks, all sit more than 6 feet apart; very clean furnishings; around 1145 it was pick-up customers and all were quickly serviced; this is really a great place to eat; I plan on this is my favorite place. Huge menu for all appetites and diets. Healthy choices and a special selection 2 items for an excellent $7.99 price. Have a day with a mother and a father.

Best deli food you can ever eat. I'm never disappointed. All the foods are delicious and fresh. Friendly faces and great service.

Service was great! Attentive table staff and ordering was quick for a Sunday lunch time. I ordered the Roast beef, cheese, and Horseradish sauce sandwich. The bread was excellent which is a good thing as that was about 1/3 of the sandwich. Meat and toppings had a great flavor but were not plentiful at all. Fiancé had the Italian which was packed with meat and toppings to the point she had to spread them out a little more in order to bite it. I would still recommend eating here.

I went here with my family while spring breaking in Wilmington and it was nice. You enter, go to register and place your order, pay right then, receive your number, go seat yourself, and they bring your order out to you when it’s ready. I loved the fact that they had an open outside patio eating area that was nice, neat, cool, and spacious. The food was plentiful, tasty, and fulfilling that I had to get a to go box. I highly recommend one of their tasty spuds which is a meal by itself and their broccoli and cheese soup. The cashier put in my order incorrectly for one thing but staff was courteous, kind, and got the replacement out pronto.The only thing I hated is that I and my kids wanted fountain lemonade but we were denied it as the cashier told us it was for their GRUBHUB/DELIVERY customers only due to them running low. Well as a first time out of towner customer, that was a turn off for me. I am a paying customer now requesting an item and then I am denied due to a outside customer who you may or may not get today. My thoughts since that is popular drink is to make sure there is enough on hand for BOTH inside outside customers. Otherwise, this is a great place for a light fulfilling meal that you want feel weighted down and ready to go to sleep afterwards

Eaten here many times over the years and a couple times lately post-covid (not really a thing but you get it). Good food, friendly staff, indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is a little tight but plenty of spaces. Only criticism is that they're a tad inconsistent... Sweet tea and sugar cookie is the bomb
