Amazing pizza and friendly staff!! Thanks for the fast and delicious pizza? And the smell isn't that bad. Probably the gas from the ovens maby little leak nothing that would blow the place...

Great hot pizza, friendly and helpful staff. Straw hat brings me back to my childhood.

So another person 2 weeks ago said the place smells bad. But on another one reported that we thought it was another. We were wrong, it is 2 weeks since this review by another person and the smell is disgusting. We paid our food and ordered, so we went for a pickup, we wouldn't have done that we had left. They seem to be clean, but something terrible is in there and they have to investigate. Pizza was fine, but probably because we were so hungry, not many decisions in this small town

Avoid this place! My friend and I decided to come in a mood. The first red flag we should not ignore was the smell of the place. It smells terrible inside. We decided to give the place the advantage of doubt. Big mistake. After we have ordered our food and get our drinks we have set ourselves a stand. We sat for not more than 2 minutes and the biggest cockroach I've ever seen came from the stand right across from us!! I should have made a picture of the evidence, but at this moment we just wanted to go. Thank God we didn't eat or drink. I never saw anything like that in my life. I feel terrible for anyone eating here.

I Phoned in order at 11:30 and they said 15 mins. I arrived 10 mins later and waited it was 22 mins later and they were just preparing the food for the oven. I seen when I paid and didn't tip they talked and then that's when they didn't want to do there job I felt its because I didn't tip. That's not exceptable. It was not so busy that they didn't have enough time to prepare or cook the food. I am a local and was disappointed in their service. If you don't tip they don't want to do their job thats what it look like to me. I hope they get some people to do their job in a timely professional manner.

I decided to give this place a chance, even though some of the reviews were less than positive. I ordered an aloha chicken pizza for pick-up, it was very good. It took 30 minutes. The staff were friendly. I will be coming back.

I read a lot of reviews about this place and decided to check it out for my self since I live in the area.The reviews are correct. The pizza is terrible. Too much cheese and the toppings were old. The tables were sticky. The girl working was clueless. I ordered a draft beer and it was flat. I asked for a bottle beer instead and the girl was very confused and had to ask the manager. That took 5 minutes. I don't mind that it was 39.00 for a medium pizza and 3 beers but I do mind that I was still hungry because I couldn't eat the food.

My experience was terrible, my phone in order was incorrect, and my sandwich had almost no meat on it, and it didn't taste that good. Probably because it was all bread and not much of anything else. I frequent this straw hat often, and it is just getting bad. I give them no stars, for the same money you can go to one of the other local places, and get a much better sandwich. Please see the pic below. When I did see any meat, I opened the sandwich to find there wasn't much. I did contact the franchise, and have not heard from the owner. The franchise did apologize.
