If you order via the phone, use two lines. You wait 10 minutes for the stop (all the time I call every day) and another line to remind the staff that someone is still in hand. Plz stops putting the plastic dip cups under the heat lamps, you think? Just a mess. Hide some more people, ya?ll are a big company. Also clicked on command and not answered when called back.

This assessment is for a takeover order. The order was placed online on its website. I ordered the All-American Burger meal and replaced the regular frits for potato wedges. I also ordered the cheese curds as my first time with them and they were good. Something other than your normal mozzarella sticks. My food was hot and well done without any problems. Everything was well cooked, unlike some of the last pictures released. I enjoyed the food.

At this point I am convinced that this place goes down the hill. I went one night and they had no staff. Everything went very slowly. Another night they closed early because they don't have enough staff. I then ordered the execution yesterday evening and they didn't even put enough sauce on my wings, but assured me that they always throw all their wings into the sauce. Another container had the sauce sitting at the bottom of the trial and my boneless wings hardly had a sauce on them. Instead of recognizing their mistakes and correcting the problem, he insisted on telling me that they do not do things this way and rely on it. I would definitely not recommend it here.

This special location is absolutely garbage! I mean it with passion! This is not the first waste, so this review is completely justified. This time around me I ordered a Cobb salad with onion dress (How to make a salad, how to get up). I didn't ask tomatoes, no blue cheese crumbs, no bacon bits, no buffalo. I got salad and tomatoes! A bowl of crazy salad and tomatoes. I guess they were from chickens, eggs, onions, and onions that should come on my salad. I tried to call them 4x and every time the machine still answers many rings and hang them on me. I sent an email explaining my contempt, and yet I'm sitting here with my bowl of salad completely hanging. It's not even worth the return trip. Make yourself a favor and choose to eat another place!

My quesadilla had just a smear of chicken, super thin, drinks didn?t arrive until the food arrived, server went missing for a while so we got up to pay and realized she was eating. It?s understandable servers eat too but we had asked for boxes long before that and she should have checked up on us by then. And my daughter just ate her Mac n cheese with no fork since utensils were not given. Not a good experience and not even a sorry for the wait when they handed us drinks at the time food arrived.

If you don't mind the servers taking their time to seat and then, serve you, this is the spot for you. Me and my family went here after a fun time at D&B. It was maybe 1 group in the restaurant that was seated. It still took the hostess close to 20 mins to seat us. It was only a party of 4. Once we were seated, the service was cool. We got our food after a lil while, and it was good. The rest of the experience was smooth. It was just a little weird for a national brand restaurant to be so short staffed and slow, especially on a Saturday afternoon. But, I'll just chalk it up to a less than stellar day. The FOOD was on the money.?

Worst experience ever I have on this location on Saturday 26 around 10:15 pm I was with a group of 10 a soon we walk in the server said we have to wait for 40 mnts and only 2 table was with customer then i request to split the tables, them she said will be 20 mnts waiting but the people who go to the bar they go sitting them without waiting I ask her why the ppl who go to the bar doesn?t need to wait and she respond me if I will like to seat on the bar and i was with 8 children ages between 4 and 13 that was ridiculos there was a section complete close and a lot empty dirty table server and manager was more focus on people sitting on the bar section after 25 mnts finally we get sit , we have to wait more than 10 mnts to get our order for the drinks after that we order the food took more than 20 mnts to get served the food was cool i will not come back for this location they more focus for ppl seating on the bar that the regular customer, waitress was ok but they take too long to take order and serve you the food

Placed an order at 5pm to be ready at 7pm. When I checked on the order it said it was ready at 6:50pm. It's now 7:39pm and they're saying it's still not ready because they're short staffed. 1. I ordered way in advanced, 2 hours 2. Why send me a notification saying it's ready if it's not??? I can understand being short staffed but don't lie and say it's ready and have me waiting, going on an hour, when that's why I ordered ahead so I wouldn't have to wait. I would've just came when it was ready. And I had a nerve to tip, I'm disappointed! Update: got home and my son's tenders had no BBQ sauce and was missing the milk that came with the meal. Also didn't give us all of our condiments. Rest of food was good so I'll add a star for that.
