table, chairs and floor were dirty. not only dirty, but sticky and disgusting. we had a party of 13 and we have at the end the laundry of our own tables and chairs because “you do not show up for work”. service and eating were good, but cleanliness was hard to miss.
first my resw was there when I had to rest. we had to wait 30 xtra minutes. the kerl was helpful, but still waiting and waiting. the waitress was not patient with our commands. the positive of this visit was our Hibachi type and eating. the price was ok.
the recipe took awhile to welcome us, but everyone else did great. our waitress was very personal. she was a young lady from brazel. very good food! our cook was good, but not as stubborn as the cook next to our table. sushi is very good and very fresh!

My husband and I made a reservation for February 14th at 7 pm for 2. We got to the restaurant at 7 pm. The restaurant was packed, understandable as it was Valentine 's day, hence our reservation. We tell the hostess that we have a reservation for 2 at 7 pm. The hostess asks if we can wait about 40 minutes. I ask What was the point in making a reservation? The hostess says Well there are people here that made a reservation for 6:30 pm and they are still waiting. I tell her Never mind, cancel our reservation and you have lost our business. If you cannot honor your reservations because it is Valentine 's day don 't take reservations on Valentine 's day. If you are taking reservation 's on Valentine 's day then honor the reservations.
Service was great, fried rice had no flavor was undercooked and the shrimp was overcooked with too much black pepper
We saw negative reviews that mentioned wait times and tried to give it a chance anyway. We always take reviews with a grain of salt. Well... we walked in 5min before our open table reservation time. 3 or 4 other parties came in about the same time. Not a single person came to greet ANY of us. Not even a “be right with you” to anyone for over 20 minutes. When someone finally said hello, they had never heard of open table or any reservations and we were going to be put on the regular wait list like everyone else. A woman told us she’d been waiting over 30min to pick up a called-in to go order. It appeared they had 2 servers and 1 hibachi chef during the prime dinner hour. It’s not those employees’ fault that they’re understaffed but letting groups of people stand around without so much as a greeting is unacceptable. I made a reservation specifically because waiting for a table with 2 children is an unwelcomed challenge. I really don’t know if the food is good and I probably never will know because we’ll continue going to the other hibachi place in town.
