This place is terrible. You will not be disappointed.. I ordered a whiskey burger without onions, which they delivered with onion straws, so that I sent back what they did, the straws had to be taken off from the burger and returned when the onion straws landed in my frits. They don't care. Everyone is unhappy.. Waiters and management are rude. Beer was also warm.. The ribs were very chewing and tasty, they even screwed the pulpits, and the beer dip was casual and tasty. No one who runs this restaurant gives a damn customer service or is proud of the food she serves.. Terrible, terrible place and experience! Mc Donalds has better service and food and that speaks volume.
We have on Sunday 17th. July, the service was ok, the food was very good BUT 2-3 people sitting around and the place needs cleaning! The floor was dirty and the front doors were dirty, obviously they were not cleaned for a while, the people need to keep an eye on the first impression is at the door and follows in the entire restaurant and when the doors so smash with fat and fingerprints, it does not begin a good impression. People need more motivation.
