Mcdonald's - St Charles

I am finished with this mcdonald’s. I will never give them my business again. I'm tired of waiting for 10 minutes on the drive-thru for quick food and not even ordering. I'll take a break. only two cars in the window and they will still not take any accusations? like most of America I worked for mcdonald’s in high school. I worked in the evening with only three people, we were right at the autobahn would greyhound buses all the time. the three of us knock out 15 to 25 orders in 15 minutes and still hold the drive thru rollin. it is called work ethics.

35min of the time when I got my order on the time when I got my food. the person in front of me had only one order of an ice cone when the lady gave me my food, she was on the phone. my order was 2 children's dishes and a mcchik, and a 4d meal, and it took 35min. this place is badly worse. that was also at 19:00.

can get just as well if not eat better in the frozen food store. eat tasted old. they drive thru lanes are not even good enough to be called a sweat. how do they have 2 laufwerk thru-Lanen in 1. food: 1/5

this place always seems to have the same problems, no matter what's going on. they have to order at kiosk as the personal is not in register. they consider them from time to time, but they never apologize for the delay or advise them that someone with them will be right. the manager stares at you, but says nothing. I ordered 2 hamburger and a big koks. I was feeding in. I waited 10 minutes and went to the counter to find my 2 burgers. I had a table tent, but it just has to be a decor. my burgers were hardly warm. I was so disappointed that I ate a few bites from every burger and threw them in the müll. this location has problems that need to be addressed.

Everytime I stop here to get my grand son a happy meal there is always some kind of issue. Most days the order taker can't seem to handle taking orders. There will be a line out onto the street. The order taker will take the order of car 1 and take that persons money before attempting to take the next order. Which causes a great backup. I have been picking up my mobile order and watched this happen numerous times. I have also been stuck in the line waiting.

The WORST service ever I was stupid enough to sit in the drive through for 25 min. mostly because I was blocked in. Then they didnt even say sorry for the wait when I got to the pick up window. There were 4 scraggly haired employees having fun giggling. Still no sorry for your wait. And they got my order wrong again.

First of all, stood at the register for 10 minutes and no one helped me but they glanced at me. I then used the kiosk, this family walked in behind me and ordered as well. They soon got their food before me and then I started complaining. They finally gave us our food which one 3 cheeseburgers 3 fries and 3 drinks, super simple. They messed it up. Then when we finally got the correct order, we found hair in our fries and only gave us 2 cups. I do not recommend going here, it was very dirty as well. The only good thing that happened was that we got a free strawberry shake only because they messed up someone else’s order.

Don't go here! They are recording your debit cards! I went through the drive through an I saw the employee phone on at the register, I saw him wave my card over his phone (but my card doesn't have the numbers on the card.. I immediately said something an he then noticed me watching him the whole rest of the time. Went to the next window an I got attitude for complaining in this so called time of crisis. Please do something!! I saw it cause I have a lifted tuck and I saw my card on his phone.
