Sunday was crazy. big server that seems everyone with names! she ran the whole etage alone and did it amazingly good. I had the ground beef steak and eggs. super good! my first time here and we will be back!
my oma and I often come here. that's their favorite place. they have amazing eating. my favorite is the strawberry fruit toast. yum.
I was twice too late at this place. each time the service was average, with the waiter friendly, but not the best communication with the kitchen. Our waitress had to go back several times to ask because she doesn't know the daily specialties or what was in certain order. eating was disappointing at both visits. for the first time my mother and I ordered the chicken parmesan. the chicken portions were significantly different on each of our dishes, they were much larger, and the spaghetti was watered down and missing taste. I should also mention that the portions for a $20 dish seemed small. the second time, I got the huhn alfredo, and just like the spaghetti from the first plate, it tasted watered and without much taste. each plate needed a lot of salt, just to enjoy eating. considering how expensive the dishes are, with most somewhere with the $15-20 series, the food should be much better in quality and portion than what was given. from this reason I don't know if I would recommend this place to everyone.
eating was ok with big portions. what the experience has made out of it was the waitress. she was very friendly, attentive and diligent. with her our experience would have been a 2 1/2 maybe 3 star.
Good food, nice people. Could be little more cleaner, it could have been due to being short handed. I think cashier/ wait person could have been nice. I did see lot of regulars that know matter what they enjoy themselves there. I like ice tea and the tea tasted old there. I asked for hit tea and the water was Luke warm.
Their chicken fried steak was awesome waitress was great definitely recommended for breakfast
