short staff at lunchtime. long line. Slowly. dirty floors and tables. I often go there. the personal tries to simply overwhelm. mgmt has to hire more people during key times. simply add a runner to eat and keep the tables clean would make a big difference.
the workers are extremely rude, they do not know how to work a drive properly, and myorder is always wrong, no matter how easy it is
the food was hot and the coffee was perfect! All here are so polite. they rarely see it in workers everywhere.
always time, I go to this mcdonal it is a problem with my order, if there are young people on shift there lazy and have hired bout their order, if there is wrong if I have no salt, that means no salt on my pommes I think they need to ask coworkers more in interview because I think they like the job if they don't then find them a job they are satisfied with.
Management and the accoiates need training. They are extremely slow with drive through and front counter. They are not warm and welcoming. The place is always dirty. I've witnessed managers and other employees walk past trash and not pick it up. I didn't take pictures because I didn't want confrontation.
It was okay… Soda running out of syrup, out of Straws, one cheeseburger bun was not up to standard .. moist? Not heated up?.. just different. Ordering atKiosk was nice
The ice coffee could be better. The food is good though and the wait is not too bad.
We waited for 30 minutes to get 2 happy meals. Had we not ordered through the app and paid for them we would have left. When we asked for a refund we were asked to pull up and they would bring it out. Save yourself and do not go here.
