Calhoun's - Oak Ridge

Thank you Calhoun’s for making today absolutely perfect! My daughter was finally able to come home for a visit after being away for three years due to work and Covid. The manager of this location was willing to work with us to accommodate our large family being together in a central location, which was the key first step in making today possible. We arrived and were greeted with smiles and very friendly staff. We were seated right away, and our server Sam greeted us and took drink orders. I have to say that Sam was the perfect host during our visit. We kept him on his toes with drink refills, extra dressing and the typical requests that customers make. Sam took it all in stride and did a fantastic job today! He even graciously took photos so we could all be in them. The food, all of the food, was amazing!! We’ll be back again and will be recommending this particular restaurant to everyone we know. Thank you all!!

Decent food and a lovely location. Closes at 9, so a somewhat early bar, but great drinks as well. I enjoyed the chicken, and they even bought me a Sunday for dessert! I am sure we will go back and check it out when it's lighter on the lake.

From the moment we walked through the door, we felt comfortable and welcome. I had a lovely salad, my husband had a burger. They were both delish. Our waiter was very polite and quite proficient. We ate outside on a covered deck, sheltering us from the hot sun, and our view was simply amazing! It was a great motorcycle destination for us, and we look forward to returning.

We had a reservation and were seated within a few minutes of arriving. With the early nights now, couldn't really see the lake. The waiter was fantastic and very attentive. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Food was smoked awesomeness. The bacon wrapped burnt ends was fantastic. Dont order the macadamia banana pudding unless you brought your big boy appetite. It took two of us to finish most of it.

Beautiful vistas on the water with delicious food. This is a must dine experience when visiting Oak Ridge, TN.

You absolutely cannot go wrong at this location of Calhouns. The view over the Clint River is breathtaking. They have scores of tables lining the building inside and outside that give you the perfect panorama of nature. The service is fast. The food is excellent. It’s off the beaten path of the normal run-of-the-mill restaurants that offer full service experiences. It’s also great for events. We are thinking about holding our class reunion at this location.

Had a great lunch here. The best pork sandwich I've ever had. It's on their lunch special. It was like three kinds of pork. The service was great from the moment we walked in.
