Have you ever found treasure in your own backyard? That 's exactly what it was like stumbling into Firefly for my first time. They were almost walking distance from my hotel and so happy that we decided to give them a try. I went in blind with no expectations and left beyond fulfilled with any that I could have had. The service was top tier, from the actual server to the buser who was a master at his craft. We ordered way too much, and each dish was more delicious than the other. My stomach and my heart left full.Parking: Nice big open parking lot for free!
It’s a great place to take someone if you don’t want to hear them talk. The music is just too loud. I would recommend going before 9:30 pm if you want to talk to your friends and family. If not, after 9;30 the music gets really loud, there’s a dance floor and people go and dance as well. There needs to be more space from those who want to dance and those who are there to eat.Overall the location is nicer, food is still good. Service was very attentive. Would go again but when they are not playing music.
Made reservations via their website for 11amAnd got confirmation. Walked in and was told they open at 11am.No sorry just a shrug. Not cool Firefly.
Seems like COVID did a number on the quality. Was far far better before the pandemic. Won’t be returning for a very long time. Not worth the price.
Everytime we come to Vegas, Firefly is a MUST! And once again, we were blown away by the food, sangrias, service and overall experience. This was our first time at the new location, and while I miss what I call the “sexy” vibe of the previous location, I do very much appreciate the modern look of the new one. We brought a group of Vegas newbies with us and they are so excited to come back again!
Been to Firefly probably 50+ times in my 20 years in Vegas and never had I had an experience like I had last night… Service was absolutely terrible. Sat down and waited 20 minutes with no sign of our waiter. Had to ask our table busser to grab the waiter two times and thankfully our busser took our food order (ridiculous that she had to do that . Waiter finally came over and grabbed our drink order and it was another 15-20 minutes before our drinks came out. Our entire food order was out before our drinks made it to the table? I was really disappointed when the check came and see that they automatically add a 20% gratuity to our tab because I definitely wouldn’t have tipped 20% (We only had a table of two. Not sure what happened here last night but hopefully it’s a one off experience..
Had a great brunch here! Food and service were on point. Only funky thing was the hostess at the front made us wait till our exact reservation time, though we arrived 10 mins early. It seemed weird and a little rude, with multiple parties coming in after us (without a reservation) getting seated right away.
Everything was excellent!?? Our server William was superb!
