From someone who comes from the Restraunt industry, we traveled 3 1/2 hours on a business trip after another early morning business trip that is on! We had a problem with accommodation and this place was our walk through advice through everything!!! What an amazing front of the house manager / host Alex was! She helped in any way! On arrival Will was a jewel! He literally made us feel at home how we were far away from our “home” remnant! Once he found out that we were dealing with the questions he had in great conversation with us! Alex explained everything they're taking in the Restraunt before we know we were in the industry! The food was amazing and fast! The meatballs were delicious! The chopped salad that Will had divided his kitchen so nicely into two to share! And the NY stripe was melted in your mouth! We fought to ask Dessert how I knew they were ready to close, and he didn't have a problem with it! The s’mores drove us out of the world! We wish we had something as cool with our Restraunt! We praise the staff here and how it sounds, they have nothing more than an amazing owner to lead them in the right direction! I recommend this remnant!

Great indoor atmosphere in winters and beautiful views to the outdoor tables or with a glass of wine in one of the swing chairs on the deck. The staff is always exceptional and the food is one of the best on the access road. The foundry is a family and friends favorite restaurant and tavern to enjoy cocktails and a good meal.

Just shoot me! I’m so miserable! My daughter, granddaughters, and I ordered a late evening takeout from ST. My granddaughters ordered personal sized pizzas (kids right??? . My 5 yo dove into hers immediately, but my daughter managed to grab a bite and commented on how delicious it was. My 12 yo was a bit wiser!!! She waited until my daughter and I opened our variety of boxes and containers and decided to sample everyone else’s before unboxing her own pizza. She sampled her mom”s pork chops first and declared them scrumptious, then baked potato salad, in which she “sampled” about a dozen bites. Then she tried my grilled BBQ chicken, topped with sautéed onions, bacon, cheese, and scallions, which was also the largest chicken breast serving I’ve ever seen! She commented on how good it was, and then over comes my daughter who declares, “it is the most moist chicken breast I’ve ever tasted!” Of course by this time, my mouth was watering! I had decided to eat my side salad first, which was fresh and delicious with homemade dressing and croutons. Not wanting to waste any of the salad, as i had already doused it in dressing, I continued to eat it. By this time my 5 yo was finished with her pizza and came over to get in on the chicken action. At this point I’m starting to get a little concerned! My huge piece of chicken, which I’ve only heard rave reviews from my family about, had diminished to about half its original size. I was finally able to devour the rest of my salad, and take my first bite. Their comments were understatements! It was the best piece of chicken I’ve ever put into my mouth! And, GOOD NEWS, I tried, but couldn’t even finish the large half that was left. GOOD NEWS, that is if I get to the refrigerator first in the morning! THE RACE IS ON! Southern Table, we will be back!!!
