Ichi - Houston

I went to several ram joints around Houston, which you can hang with them. The Ramen (Spicy Ramen) broth is great, tasteful, thick, seasoned well. Ramen noodles are very well made the portion is about size part to the bowl, cashu pork is well seasoned (my preference, not like unmarinated cashu) this is actually why is blows from other places I have visited. Beef Takaki was very good, although I usually do not order beef sashimi, it was a good cut with good taste. Mini Cashu Bowl, is just that, a small roasted rice in a bowl that was also well made with a codled/poached egg. I like egg yolk on rice so it's a victory for me. Also for the Lils. Mentai Mayo Fried Chicken Oroshi Ponzu Fried Chicken are amazing starters are some of my fave together with a bowl of riddles order. I was here three different occasions, service was always polite. Great energy from waiting staff kitchen staff as they welcome, thank you say good Bye in Japanese to their costumes. If you are looking for big arms do not feel like driving in the middle city or waiting in long lines in Bellaire this place is perfect for Rarmen aficionados.

But worth the authentic and best rugs by far around Houston. Beautiful ambience with good customer service. I ordered veggie ramen that has a good on-site fuck taste. I recommend this bar and will have Ramen Fest back here soon

These are really good rams. I think this is the first place for Houston Ramen. I have the sharp rams. I usually have to add more spices or spices, but I didn't have to add anything here. The broth is perfect with a lot of taste and depth. It has a light cream that does not make excessive that it makes you want more. The meat is delicate and beautifully cooked at the edges. Noodles were perfect..not too soft or hard. but a light bite on it. This will be my way to the Knight's Square.

Not only beautiful, but delicious!!! A great Ramen-Gleich in West Houston, small but charming environment and a really nice staff. Everyone is greeted and thanked in Japanese, but do not fear that they speak English. There is another menu for lunch (short menu) and dinner weekend (more entrees and appetizers). Eating with an employee came in and out no problem. We both have a combo plate with ramen (picture for me) and one side of fried chicken. It's a lot of food together! I had leftovers, but you can get extra noodles for just a few dollars.

Our favorite ramen place in the city! Food is always excellent and service is spot on every time. I have yet to order a dish that I didn’t like.

I heard a lot of great things about this place so at first I was kind of skeptical since people have a tendency to hype a lot of things. However it did not disappoint , the ramen serving size was a perfect amount not too much or not too little . The employees were also great, everyone with a smile and even better attitudes. Definitely lived to the hype .

I've been twice in two days. I'm hooked. Had the normal and spicy tonkatsu. Broth is amazing, and addins are in good portions. Fried chicken is great too! Service is on point, and feels authentic without being overwhelming. New favorite ramen place!

Amazing. So good. The ramen and spicy ramen with egg was delicious and full of flavor. Nice decor too
