Chick-fil-a - Denver

they confused my order with someone else and had moderate service. they were not rude, but I would not describe them as greetings. I have to eat gluten-free, and the workers were very courteous of my condition. but my grilled chicken sandwich was overpriced. this is obviously not a fault of the individual situation, but rather the larger chain. I thought it was worth mentioning. everything in all is in order. nothing more, nothing less. at least they had a gluten-free bread, and my order error was finally fixed.

this chick fil a sucks. without warning, put their blocking time to 9, although they are open to ten. the door is also locked so that they cannot enter. So create a gigantic slow moving line, and if you finally get your food, they have forgotten every single sauce. who wants to eat without ketchup? who wants nuggets without sauce? salat without dressing? also they have forgotten a spoon for my suppe and then when they screw it, should I wait in the line for 30 minutes to get it corrected? No, I never come back.

this was a great situation before a few months ago. I'm pretty sure the management and the crew have changed. the waiting times are incredible and not good. the food quality has gone downhill. the employees are rude, not all, but definitiw enough to lift some eyebrows. not typical chick fil a service.

really bad experience at this place, very bad and rude manager. order on the line and went to pick it up when it said it was ready to come there and they said they had not received the order when there were literally no customers. showed them the number order and they had it, but nothing was ready and had to wait more than 10 minutes we picked up the order and beside false drinks was the worst a cale salad that was quite empty and 2 yogurt with no halfway. we called and talked to the manager and her answer came back and we will pay them back 1 drink, kale salat and yogurt if we wanted. never apologise and very rude. So, customer service is the worst. very sad because I have been eating from this exact situation for over 2 years. pictures are published.

Took 30 minutes for one meal and the fries were soggy. They kept coming back saying 2 more minutes. I was in a bit of a rush which is why I went here because Chick-fil-A has a reputation for being quick. I wish they would have just been honest because I would have left after 10 minutes if I knew it was going to take 20 more. They threw in some free food cards but I can't see myself going back.

The SLOWEST LOCATION EVER!! Don't go here if you have plans for the day. Literally in line for over 20 min!!! No one is taking orders outside, the line is backed up through parking lots. Save your time and money and drive to the Colorado location or better yet to canes next door!

not kidding great Mac and Cheese, put KFC to shame. There chicken nuggets and salad with chicken is above par.

Service here is usually pretty solid. Food is mostly consistent with the occasional hiccup. Would be 4 stars but have to drop one. For some reason (likely corporate directive from labor shortage or profit analysis) they’ve suddenly started closing at 9:00 instead of 10:00. As one of the few places in the neighborhood with healthy options that was open after 9:00, this is a big disappointment.
