How can you fuck a big coke with EZ Ice? Too much ice or not enough ice.

Just inside and out. Intercom system is hard to hear/understand employees and employees must have difficulty understanding the order. Today, the employee asked three times whether we would order a cheeseburger when we had expressly stated that we would order a HAMBURGER and a soft drink of coke. After the third time we were asked if we ordered a cheeseburger, and we answered HAMBURGER, we were asked if we wanted the soft drink, coke. What is going on with this employee (female, about 2PM on Thursday, 29. July 2021, on the ride thru) Could make McDonalds better with TRAINING. Thank you for reading my constructive comments.

Hello, I wouldn’t have generally posted something like this here but I felt like people should know the kind of people that McDonald’s has as managers. I ordered a chicken sandwich and used the McDonald’s app to get free fries since it was Friday. My boyfriend gave the code to the worker, who was already being very rude to us, but we ignored it because we were hungry. We pulled up to the first window and the worker read the order back but it was missing the fries, so naturally my boyfriend asks,in the most polite way you can, if there were fries attached to the order. The worker says no and we mention that we had given a code. She says that she didn’t receive a code and could not give us the fries. So we then ask if there’s a way we can still apply the code to receive the fries. She then says that she will get her manager so we assume that maybe she needed some sort of override and we wait patiently. The manager shows up and starts yelling at us that we didn’t give a code and they weren’t going to apply in the window. So I tell her, now pretty upset , that we did apply the code and that we had seen it on the screen but it didn’t come on the receipt. She yells back that she was going to give us a refund and wanted us to leave her restaurant. So I’m just so frustrated and my boyfriend is telling me to just relax and we can leave but it’s ridiculous that people will act that way over something small like adding fries to a meal, we were willing to pay for them as well but she didn’t even bother to offer us any alternative. She hands us the money and my boyfriend tells her that she didn’t have to be rude , that we had asked the worker very politely if there was a way we can add the fries. She just closed the window on him and walked away with worker. I understand that working in fast food must be a huge hassle and maybe she was already stressed out from the day but no one should be that rude to a customer when they are asking for something reasonable. We didn’t even insinuate that maybe they had made a mistake on their part but she was talking us as if she never made mistake and there was no one that they had forgotten the code. We left pretty upset since we’ve never had an experience like that, let alone in our small town. I just wanted to share this in case anyone else has dealt with that manager or in hopes that this makes it to her and she can see that her attitude is disgusting. I’m sure a person with her same attitude would have really made her regret the way she spoke. Service: 1

Just shoot me! I’m so miserable! My daughter, granddaughters, and I ordered a late evening takeout from ST. My granddaughters ordered personal sized pizzas (kids right??? . My 5 yo dove into hers immediately, but my daughter managed to grab a bite and commented on how delicious it was. My 12 yo was a bit wiser!!! She waited until my daughter and I opened our variety of boxes and containers and decided to sample everyone else’s before unboxing her own pizza. She sampled her mom”s pork chops first and declared them scrumptious, then baked potato salad, in which she “sampled” about a dozen bites. Then she tried my grilled BBQ chicken, topped with sautéed onions, bacon, cheese, and scallions, which was also the largest chicken breast serving I’ve ever seen! She commented on how good it was, and then over comes my daughter who declares, “it is the most moist chicken breast I’ve ever tasted!” Of course by this time, my mouth was watering! I had decided to eat my side salad first, which was fresh and delicious with homemade dressing and croutons. Not wanting to waste any of the salad, as i had already doused it in dressing, I continued to eat it. By this time my 5 yo was finished with her pizza and came over to get in on the chicken action. At this point I’m starting to get a little concerned! My huge piece of chicken, which I’ve only heard rave reviews from my family about, had diminished to about half its original size. I was finally able to devour the rest of my salad, and take my first bite. Their comments were understatements! It was the best piece of chicken I’ve ever put into my mouth! And, GOOD NEWS, I tried, but couldn’t even finish the large half that was left. GOOD NEWS, that is if I get to the refrigerator first in the morning! THE RACE IS ON! Southern Table, we will be back!!!
