We were greeted by three minutes after we entered the restaurant, 2 more people were waiting too, final reacted after 10 minutes or so. The waitress who 's name was Jessica I believe, arrived several minutes later to get a drink order, anyhow after she brought the drinks we placed our ordered, she didn 't know sides that came with dinner and didn 't know about the price of the salad bar, the food arrived quickly, I asked for mayo for my burger which I was never asked what temperature I wanted it cooked too, she came back nearly 10 minutes later after we had to sent another waitress to remind her, never asked us for any refills on the coffee either. Here is the kicker, as we were paying our check at the cashiers , the manager asked us that how everything was and I replied, it was alright, almost expressing facially and through my tone that it was very unsatisfactory, he replied, ok and cashed us out and we left. Now I worked as a waiter during my college years and the management and servers were taught about negative body 's language and tone, but this was obviously a Manager who hasn 't completed any customer satisfaction courses. Now let me remind everyone that the other location of Eat n Park just closed and this location is in very competitive location so I don 't see it lasting too much longer. Don 't go there, there are several good restaurants close by.
