it's not about eating, because the pizza is good. the less, the customer service is a valuable part of the business. I called last night (21st april) because I know there are no more cakes. I just wanted to make my shot and see if I'm lucky. the coworker who manned the phone said rudely that they have thrown away all pizza and they can check the müll if they want to find one as one who works in customer service, I'm disgusted by such a response. I personally will not go there. I'm going to another two.
My favorite bubble tea place in the area!! The owner is SO kind. She remembers what I order and makes suggestions whenever I want to mix it up and try something new. I've moved away now, but whenever I'm back in Vestal I make sure to stop. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would.Food: 5/5
