Did a mobile app, was supposed to pick it up inside and it was locked at 7:50p ...was supposed to be open till 9:00p. Went to the back of the line of 5 cars and waited to get to the speaker and told them I had a Mobile order and that the doors were locked and they said drive up to the window. Instead of keeping my blizzard in the freezer or waiting to make it, they let it sit out it the heat for 15-20 minutes. So therefore by the time I made it to the window, he rudely handed it to me knowing it was warm, the blizzard was 100% runny, melted, warm and disgusting !!!!
