I had a very bad experience last time. my waiter (who was a man I think his name was there) was very rude. when I ordered a man, he asked for an article on the menu, instead of politely responding, the guy said that 's why we have a menu. it was so disrespectful. this is literally your job as a waiter to know if it is on your menu. Anyway, even though we were treated like this, we still hoped that the experience would turn around. when our order finally arrived, it was wrong when we tried to fix the problem hopefully. Instead, the type decided to argue about why I was wrong it was my fault that our order was made wrong. I've been to perkins many times, I say u, I never had such experience in my life. cuz the experience was so miserable I will never go back. we literally went out, offered us to pay for our drinks so we could just walk. instead of fixing the problem, he argued with both of us feeling so unpleasant. when everything he had to do to fix it, it was that the chefs throw speck on the grill to let us know that it will soon. but he didn't want to fix the problem. He just wanted to prove that he was right that we were wrong. ps I planned to get at the end of desserts. not only has to lose money on two meals, u lost money on additional desserts as well.
