Don 't come here when the cooking staff is about to go to lunch about 2 PM on the weekends. Our Roast Pork and Crunchy Noodles were not crunchy, but worst of all, the Peking Duck was basically de-boned Roast Duck and presented to us within 5 minutes after ordering. The other 5 dishes came out soon after. Reputable places warn you that it will take at least 20 minutes to half hour to prepare Peking Duck. When we pointed out the soggy skin, the waitress went to the kitchen and the response back was, that is how it always is . We went to this restaurant about once a month for half a year and ordered Peming Duck each time and it was never like this. No offer made to correct the order and no adjustment to the check, but we got 2 coupons worth $10 each if we order $35 on each coupon, expiring in 2 weeks. We travel across the bridge over half hour because the food was always excellent here and I thought we would have a long term relationship. Furthermore, I never thought twice about tipping at least 30% . Oh well, just thought I would warn others, before you sit down, ask when the staff will go to lunch so that you don 't get bad food.
