don't trust each one to take them. if they want what they pay for them must physically observe how they do it. this is the 3rd once within a month they have truncated me in a significant way and it starts to be as it is on purpose. an ingredient to forget can be seen as an honest mistake, but if they pay for 2 portions of the most expensive protein and get only a part of the cheapest, plus no guac at several locations that I always pay, it just starts getting ridiculous. that's $6 down the drain there. also the take-out parts are 1/2 the size of the ones they watch as they do. that can't happen, it happens every time. this is either unarmed incompetence or a company that shows their employees to take orders on size too short and to pay for budgets, hoping that for a long time the number of people who will complain will be less than the additional money they make. I personally think it's the latter. They're ridiculous. I stopped going here for two years, while the last time happened, but I gave them a new chance when I came by and saw post-pandemic personaling changes. I have ocd so if they only get their things together and assemble even something reasonably correct order I would eat the same there with ridiculous frequency, but if their consistent inability to properly prepare a simple single order outweighs my clinical inability to choose something else for lunch they know that they have a serious problem.
