Have visited Ambrosia a few times and have never been disappointed by the prices, freshness and quality of their foods. The melts are surprisingly good, although I lean against Gyros. Store appeared clean and order was uncomplicated. The outdoor food was beautiful in summer (limited to some tables). Where Ambrosia falls a bit flat, it is on the customer service and overall economical ambience. It's not a perfect experience, but I definitely recommend.

You better believe the burgers are downright Yummy! I always go with the double being a frugal shopper, meaning more beef for your buck! I now have to add that their chicken sandwich may be the best I ever had! The family really wanted JFC for dinner and of course I caved. When you visit for lunch that same day and get a double burger and the absolute BEST fries in New England, it was in my best interest to get the chicken sandwich for dinner. It also happened to be free fry Friday with taco fries the selection of the week. Being a plain old fry guy, I decided to try them for dinner. I will now only get the taco fries and now must try the plethora of custom fries on the menu. BTW, this is a marketing grand slam in my opinion! I never ate fries with a fork but with how they load em up with goodness, it is a necessity! Thanks to Emmett for bringing his vision to Connecticut. The staff in Cromwell is downright amazing!!

Great, cheap bar food!. The food is a serious bargain, and it's also good! I get the Honey Mustard Chicken packaging all the time...Taco Tuesday is also great. Don't expect to be uplifted, but if you're looking for a good hangout with beer and a lot of fat food, hit it!

5 star experience! Very recommended! We ordered the Taco Fries and the Buffalo Fries. Both were really good, but the buffalories were amazing! The milkshakes were also delicious!, We had regularly vanilla and Nutella. The food was taken out in less than 10min. Great service! Will definitely come back! What are you waiting for? Place this order!
