I went through the drive thru and received none of my meals. I went back through the drive thru, and they made the second meal. of five meals were two wrong, and a pizza was not cut. we called and they reimbursed our two wrong meals, but I would still recommend to another schlotzsky’s.

we have ordered food from abu omer for the last 4 years, but never was the portion size of this small. we have ordered two salat over rice tonight, and we have. the person in the truck was very rude and did not let me cancel the order. very disappointed by the size and behaviour of the person in the truck.

Disappointing. After several successful and great experiences, all of a sudden 3 different people can answer the phone but not take an order, even after letting me know it wasn 't busy at all.They 've taken an order over the phone before......Being stuck at work myself, and with cash only, I couldn 't place an order online. No option for pay in store, no call center to be directed to. Feels like they just don 't want to take the order over the phone. I didn 't get the vibe that anyone 's going to even care, but whatever. You lost my interest entirely due to a policy of don 't bother us over the phone
