That was pretty good. it gets 4 stars because it falls short on some places that it honestly prevents it from gourmet. for the context was the sandwich I got, south of the limit :1. the sandwich was well mounted and did not fall apart. the sauce was not overlaid, but it fell a few times in my finger; not a big thing. a thicker sauce would be great here.2 the spicy vegetables (jalapenos? were cut in a way that covered a lot of surface that was big, and they were cooked enough to chew clean without falling out of the sandwich. However, they stayed out of the sandwich and it was quite easy that they fall out when they were not managed.3 the rolls leave much to wish. they were squatted and they do not seem to be made in the house.4 the pommes were better than most; in which they tasted like traditional English chips in the most ideal sense. they would have benefited from something more crisp or more crisp at the edges, but they were not wet or sloppy from oil, so there was no wrong here. I obviously split the thinnest of the haare here, but it is so close to being a really top-tier burger joint that I can't help but deliver the feedback. the eating and the atmosphere were otherwise excellent and most people would think that this place is the best thing they 've in one. so close, and not so far.
